FORMULATION
Homeopathic Melatonin 6C
Homoepathic Coffea cruda (coffea arabica) 6X
Homoeopathic Staphysagria (Delphinium Staphysagria 6X)

DOSAGE
Insomnia due to jetlag:
Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue three times per flight (Beginning, Middle & End). Upon landing, take 1 tablet at 3pm, 6pm and again 1.2 hour before bed (local time zone). Continue this dosage for 3 days after the flight.

Just can't get to sleep?
Dissolve 1-3 tablets under the tongue 1/2 hour before bedtime.

Insomnia due to disrupted sleep patterns and shift work -
Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue at 3 hourly intervals commencing 6 hours before bedtime, including 1 tablet just before going to bed.

New mothers with infants waking in the night -
Dissolve 1 table under the tongue 1/2 hour before you wish to take a rest (or when your baby has started to sleep) & again immediately before bed or taking a daytime nap.

CAUTIONS
Homeopathics are most effective when absored in the mouth. Me be chewed for convenience.
