FORMULATION
Each tablet contains:
Calcium Ascorbate (Vitamin C 826mg) 1000mg; Hesperidin 25mg;
Rutin 50mg;
Citrus Bioflavonoids Extract 100mg.

DOSAGE
Adults only: Take 1 tablet daily in the morning with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. At the first sign of a cold/flu take 2 tablets per day with food.

About Non-acidic Calcium Ascorbate - I
n its Ascorbic Acid form, Vitamin C is quite acidic and may therefore be irritating to individuals with sensitive stomachs. The combination of Ascorbic Acid with a mineral such as Calcium results in Calcium Ascorbate; which is a neutral form of Vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach and is very well tolerated by most individuals.
