Gelsemium 30C

Ignatia 30C
Ignatia is especially suitable for emotional upsets and depression from grief. Helps with short or long term worry. Grief from illness or death of a loved one. Emotional symptoms of depression,
sadness, anger, disappointment in love. Ignatia helps with nervousness due to everyday stress. Mental & physical exhaustion.
Mental symptoms may include sadness, involuntary sighing and moodiness.

DOSAGE
Suck or chew 1-2 tablets twice daily, reducing as symptoms
