combination of zinc and other essential nutrients.
Zinc is an essential trace mineral that is a component in over 200 enzymes in the body. Among its many functions, zinc helps maintain a healthy immune system, is needed for wound healing, helps maintain your sense of taste and smell, and is needed for DNA synthesis. Zinc also supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence, helps sperm develop and can increase fertility.
Even a small zinc deficiency can cause health problems, including decreased immunity to diseases such as the common cold.

FORMULATION
Each tablet contains:
Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 30mg
Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid chelate) 20mg
Manganese (as manganese amino acid chelate) 500mcg
Copper (as copper gluconate) 140mcg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 10mg
Equivalent to Pyridoxine (Vit B6) 8.23mg
Retinyl acetate (Vitamin A) 2500iu
Equivalent to Retinol 750mcg
DOSAGE
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare
professional.
CAUTIONS
If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant –
do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your
doctor or pharmacist.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large
amounts or for a long period. If symptoms persist contact
your healthcare practitioner. Vitamin supplements should
not replace a balanced diet. The recommended amount of
vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg retinol equivalents
for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men. When
taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents Vitamin A can
cause birth defects.
