DOSAGE
ADULT DOSAGE:
Take 1 tablet daily (or if under high stress take 1 tablet twice daily),
or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
CAUTIONS
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. When
taken in excess of 8000IU Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If
you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take
Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended adult daily amount of Vitamin A from all
sources is 2500IU. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken
in large amounts or for a long period. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding
women, and those who recently had a heart attack, major
surgery or a major accident should not consume this product
without medical advice.
