What is BPH and who does it affect?
BPH (Benign prostatic hypertrophy) is a widespread problem affecting nearly all men at some stage and increases with age. Almost one in four men aged 40-49 suffer with BPH and this increases to three in four men 70 and over.
The prostate is a small gland located in the male reproductive system that assists with the formation of seminal fluid. As men grow older the prostate enlarges. This affects the surrounding tissues including the urethra and the base of the bladder, resulting in symptoms such as;
* Feeling the urgent need to urinate.
* Increased frequency of urination, particularly during the night.
* Straining to urinate and/ or dribbling after urination or an uneven stream
* Weak flow or poorly directed flow of urine.
* Incomplete bladder emptying leaving you with the feeling that you need to go again
* Waiting for a long period of time for the flow of urine (hesitancy)

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens )
Equiv. dry fruit - 3200mg
Standardised to contain 288mg fatty acids
Pumpkin seed ( Curcurbita pepo)
Equiv. dry seed - 160mg
Epilobium (Epilobium parviflorum)

Zinc (as amino acid chelate) - 15mg

DOSAGE
Adults: Take one soft gel capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional
